Boho chic, baby! Anthrofying my home...

This is the perfect quote to start this post. I love changing and redecorating my house, just when people think I'm done I get ready change it all up again :)

I have a deep, passionate love affair with Anthropologie.

I adore their quirky, playful yet sophisticate and elegant style and I'm pretty sure if I ever set a foot in one of their stores, you will have to drag me out in order for me to leave again ;) Their designs remind me of Alice in Wonderland ... colorful, whimsy and anything but plain or boring. I felt it was time for a change again and decided to add a bohemian touch to my decor. Here are some of the inspirational pins I found on Pinterest . Enjoy!

 I absolutely fell in love with Anthropologie's Quirky Heirloom Throw. I think it pulls the colors in my         living/dining area together quite nicely.

This is a work in progress. A hand carved armoire from Turkey I bought off an online yard sale. I am painting it with Annie Sloan's English yellow chalk paint and want to turn it into a craft armoire.

I would really love a plate rack or kitchen shelf to display my pretty dishes.

Dark Chrystal chandeliers ... I have two here already, they just need to be hung! Excited!!

Spring outfits the second ...

It is the middle of March and still cold in Germany. It even snowed today. That does not keep me from preparing for Spring though , so I put together a few outfits that will - hopefully- be ale to make their debut very soon :)

I chose to buy pieces that I can combine in different ways. The basic pieces are mainly from Boden and Anthropologie, two of my favorite places to shop.

Here we go:

Those cropped jeans from Anthro are both comfy and stylish and perfect for Spring. Get them here.

I combined those with a cute grey top from Boden and the beautiful Metallic Borders cardigan in ivory by Anthro.

I completed the look with some cute lace Toms in silver   and jewelery from Antro and Ruche.

Not really clothing related, but I finally got myself the bike of my dreams :) It's a beach cruiser style bicycle made by "Electra" and I am anxiously waiting to take her for a ride once it warms up. Isn't she pretty??

Getting in the mood for Spring!

I know, I know ... it is still snowing and we are not through with Winter yet. But I am getting tired of wool coats and boots and started getting my Spring wardrobe together.

I found these awesome ballet flats made by TOMS while scrolling through Pinterest and knew I had to get a pair.

Aren't they awesome??

I pinned this a while ago and just love the grey with gold. 

So it was copy cat time .. I decided on the Feather Frond  necklace in gold, by Anthropologie

I am still on the hunt for different length pieces and bracelets ... 

I got this shirt in the color "Zinn" from Boden

I thought some light chino's would be awesome with this style, so I got these in light brown, also made by Boden:

To complete the outfit, I got the "Shoreline Scallop Cardigan" by Anthropologie in black

And here's my first Spring outfit for this year :

Now, all I need is sunshine and bird chirping and I'm all set :)
